Scheduling Calendar
Let's see if you qualify.

A hearty welcome to the brave!  Here are the instructions to schedule your appointments directly into our calendar. Follow the steps below; it's simple!

We look forward to answering any of your questions. And we will commonly run the analysis via online webinar. (If you've never done it, it's easy, and it's fun..) You'll be sitting in front of your computer, and we will open up ours, and then communicate in a program directly over the web. Step by step instructions for scheduling are below; and when you're all done, we'll send you a direct confirmation!

Direct Scheduling Instructions:

  1. First of all, log in to Google Calendar.

  2. If you are not already personally logged in, do so with the following email and password. If you use Google Calendar personally, you must log out of your account personally, and log in to this calendar, using this following information (otherwise you're not making changes to this calendar, but your own:)
         email: calendar@ufirstmoneymerge.com
         password:scheduleme 

  3. From there, click in the upper left, Create Event. This will open a dialog screen that allows you to enter the appointment and information: Please note that since most all of these will be via Webinar; and therefore, it's critical to put not only the contact phone numbers, but the email addresses as well -- as this is how the Webinar invitation is made. Don't "Save" quite yet, until you've done step 4..


                             


  4. Step 4 is the one that will notify me instantly that a new appointment has been made. It's critical that you take this next step, so that an appointment is not missed for any miscommunication: After you've entered in appointment information, look to the right where you see a column for "Guests," and click in the white box. Prepare to enter the following address into that box: . As you begin to type it, you will see a suggestion box open. You may simply hit enter, or you may type the entire above address. At any rate, when you've gotten it, it should look like this:

    NOW, hit "Save" and this will log the appointment and notify me that it's up and scheduled. When you hit "Save" please make SURE to hit the "Send" button that asks "Send email notification?" --Yes (otherwise it won't get to me.)

    One more check for you remains: You'll notice that, as you send the invitation and reopen it in the future, it will show "Awaiting (1) response." You'll know that I've gotten and confirmed the message when, at some point (often within minutes) you will see two "Yes" confirmations, Don Chinnici, and google@bwfg.org. If it doesn't show up, or with any questions or issues, you may always call me.

  5. Finally, when scheduling an appointment in that site, please leave all three (one blue, two red)  Don Chinnici calendars clicked, so as to not book a committed time. Also, for the sake of functionality, please don't make any changes to settings or notifications. Once your appointment is scheduled, you should be able to see it here on a "refresh screen." (Otherwise, see #2, above.)
